Management

As the Director of Private Mandate Investment Capital, Shane focuses on property projects and development, deal making, venture capital raising and brokerage. This role includes trading on yield margins in commercial property, coordinating opportunities for and with listed funds, banks, developers and private investors.

He has an investment banking and asset management background with further experience in the BBBEE arena specific to the property sector. He continues to build strategic long-term relationships across the property sector to enhance opportunities. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Cape Town, a Diploma in Business Management, an International Capital Markets Qualification from the Securities Institute London, a NQF5 and holds a Master Practitioner Real Estate qualification through the Estate Agency Affairs Board, South Africa.
